This training aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of microaggressions, from micro-assault to micro-invalidations. We will also discuss strategies to address and challenge microaggressions with effective communication skills, and foster a workplace culture. We will explore effective strategies for navigating and addressing subtle workplace biases to empower yourself and others to counteract microaggressive behaviours. Practical tools for promoting diversity and creating a respectful workplace culture will be provided.
