With a peer support model as the foundation for this program, our Executive Director Mentorship provides safe and non-judgemental environment to those navigating this unique and challenging role as an Executive Director. Matching participant’s strengths and goals allows for a meaningful and effective mentoring relationship. Pairs are responsible for setting meeting times and locations, identifying priority areas for discussion and deciding on how they wish to work with one another, creating a collaborative and engaging environment for the duration of the mentorship.
