Customer Service Training for Nonprofits

This interactive session supports nonprofit staff in strengthening customer service by building the skills needed to navigate conflict, communicate effectively, and respond to real-world challenges with confidence. After completing this training nonprofit staff will have the tools needed to support client care and programming.

Through discussion and reflection, staff will strengthen their ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and use available tools to support smooth, effective interactions.

Meet your facilitator:

Kassandra Felix, CPHR, has proudly called Fort McMurray home for over 15 years and is passionate about supporting nonprofit employees who make our community thrive. She brings a practical, people-centered approach to leadership that builds trust and helps navigate real-world HR challenges, and creates workplaces where people feel supported and confident. Her sessions are grounded, collaborative, and focused on skills leaders can apply to their day-to-day work.
