At FuseSocial, we believe organizations are strongest when staff and leadership are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively lead change and fulfill their roles to the best of their abilities. We offer complimentary and low-cost training and development opportunities to nonprofits across the region. We strategically offer trainings, workshops, and series that cover an array of topics that are important to the sector, informed by survey feedback and based on conversations with stakeholders.

For staff who are managing people for the first time, or who want to sharpen their approach. Covers the fundamentals of supervising staff, navigating difficult conversations, and building a team that delivers results.

The Executive Director Development Program is an immersive, eight-month experience designed to help new and seasoned Executive Directors grow with purpose and confidence. This program focuses on advanced competencies in operational planning, financial management, risk assessment, governance, human resources, advocacy, and fund development.

A week in the fall dedicated to all things board and governance. Whether you are curious about joining a board one day, new to a board, or have a lot of experience, governance week is about building your confidence and skills in the board room so you can lead strategically.
