Financial Literacy for Nonprofits
Six sessions. Two days. Everything your board and staff need to read, build, and manage the numbers with confidence.
November 24 and 25, 2026
Financial statements shouldn't feel like a foreign language, but for a lot of board members and staff, they do. This series changes that.
Over two days, CPA Monica Ball walks you through the full financial picture of running a nonprofit, from your bylaws and internal controls to budgets, financial statements, audits, and compliance. You'll leave with the tools, templates, and confidence to actually understand what you're looking at and ask the right questions.
This training is built for board members, executive directors, and staff who touch finances but don't have a formal accounting background. No prior finance experience needed.
